You can take a taxi outside Termini station. The journey to Sapienza University takes about 10 minutes

By bus

Bus 75 connects Termini station with Sapienza University at the Cavour/Annibaldi stop in about 10 minutes

By subway (metropolitana)

Metro line B (blue) connects Termini station with Sapienza University at the Cavour or Colosseo stops

If you exit at the Cavour stop, take the stairs that go up to San Pietro in Vincoli and then via Eudossiana

If you exit at the Colosseo stop, take the escalators inside the metro station and continue going up towards Piazza della Polveriera and from there turn left towards Via Eudossiana

Taxis are located outside the terminals (domestic and international arrivals)
The travel time from Fiumicino to Rome (within the ancient Aurelian Walls) is about 40-50 minutes, with a flat rate (per car) of € 48.00, supplements included. Termini railway station and Sapienza University are both located inside the Aurelian Walls

By train

With an impressive 126 trains running per day, the Leonardo express is the non-stop service that connects the Roma Termini train station to the Fiumicino Airport in just 32 minutes, with departures scheduled every 15 minutes*
The train station is conveniently located inside the airport

The service, which is guaranteed even in the event of a strike (potentially with a replacement bus service), runs from Roma Termini from 05:20 until 22:35, and from Fiumicino Airport from 06:08 until 23:23

Ticket price is €14. If you’re travelling with a group, you can take advantage of the ‘Mini-groups’ fare to purchase 4 tickets in a single transaction for the price of €40 instead of €56

Once you arrive at Termini, continue towards Sapienza University with a taxi or a bus or the subway as indicated in the appropriate section
